A Large event can become Extra Large for another ₹499, so you pay ₹999 in total, the same as buying Extra Large outright.

About paying.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once for one event, and only if that event needs more than the free plan. Nothing renews.

Who pays? Do guests pay?

Only the organiser, and only for events that need it. Everyone who joins gets the whole event: every photo, face search and downloads.

What happens when an event fills up?

The organiser gets a heads-up as the event gets close to its photo limit. When it's full, new photos stop until the event is upgraded. Everything already in it stays.

What happens after 30 days on Free?

The event and its photos are deleted for good, so save the ones you want before then. You'll get a reminder before it closes. Large and Extra Large events are kept for a year.

How do I pay?

In the app, through the App Store or Google Play, with whatever you normally pay with there. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Is a college fest or company event going to fit?

For anything over 30 people, pick Large or Extra Large: unlimited people and up to 10,000 photos. The organiser can also share an upload link so the official photographer can add their shots from a laptop.
