Rollout — Collect & Share Event Photos
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rollout mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using Rollout, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Rollout lets you create private events, invite people with a QR code or an invite link, and share photos and videos from that event in one album. Organisers can also share an upload link that lets people add files from a web browser. Content in an event is visible to all of its members.
You sign in to Rollout with Apple or Google. You are responsible for what is uploaded from your account, so keep your device and your Apple or Google account secure.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the App.
You own your content. Photos and videos you capture or upload remain yours. By uploading content to Rollout, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality — specifically, to show your photos to members of the event room you choose to share them with.
We do not use your photos for any other purpose. We do not use them for advertising, training AI models, or any purpose beyond displaying them to your event group.
Rollout is free to use. A free event holds up to 30 people, 1,000 photos and 30 minutes of video. An organiser can upgrade an event to Large (₹499) or Extra Large (₹999) with a one-time in-app purchase; it is not a subscription.
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. If a purchase is refunded, the event goes back to the limits of the plan it is still paid for. Photos already in it stay, and an event moved back to the free plan is kept for at least a week, so there is time to save them.
You agree not to use Rollout to upload, share, or distribute content that:
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules and to suspend accounts that repeatedly or severely breach them.
When you share photos to an event room, other members of that room can see, download, and save those photos. By uploading a photo that includes other people, you confirm that you have their consent to share it within that group.
You are responsible for respecting the privacy of the people who appear in the content you share.
We strive to keep Rollout running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server issues, or factors outside our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
The Rollout name, logo, design, and all software are the property of Rollout and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our written permission.
Rollout is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rollout and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of photos, loss of data, or loss of access to your events.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (which, for free users, is zero).
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use of Rollout after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
